About The Project
Moving Forward with Confidence is a community learning course designed to support adults who may lack confidence or feel uncertain about their next steps. Delivered in a supportive and welcoming environment, the course helps participants recognise their strengths, build self-belief and develop the confidence needed to make positive changes in their lives.

Through a range of guided activities and discussions, learners are supported to identify and overcome personal barriers, rediscover their aspirations and develop realistic goals for the future. The course encourages participants to reflect on their strengths, improve their motivation and explore opportunities for further learning, volunteering and employment.

By combining wellbeing-focused activities with practical progression support, Moving Forward with Confidence helps participants take meaningful steps towards achieving their personal goals and fulfilling their potential
