A Middlesbrough‑themed artwork created by young people from Transitions College has been unveiled at Acklam Green Centre, celebrating both local identity and creativity. Featuring iconic town landmarks, the piece reflects what Middlesbrough means to its young artists and showcases their talent, pride, and connection to place.

The artwork now takes pride of place at the Acklam Green Centre, bringing colour and character to the space while highlighting the value of creative projects in building confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging. Supported through Community Recovery Fund investment and delivered with support from Actes Trust, the project demonstrates the positive impact of partnership working within the local community.
