Employability Projects

Everyone's employment journey is different. Through current and historic projects, we have supported young people taking their first steps into the world of work and adults looking to develop new skills and opportunities, providing the guidance, confidence, and experience needed to move forward.

From first opportunities to fresh starts, these projects reflect the role that skills, confidence, and support play in helping people overcome barriers, realise their potential, and progress towards brighter futures.

A project that provides support and guidance to young people living in targeted wards across Middlesbrough.
