About The Project
We lead the delivery of MYM - Better Together - Futures, a National Lottery-funded programme supporting young people across Middlesbrough to move into education, employment and training.

Working in partnership with Linx Youth Project, The Junction Foundation and Youth Focus North East, we provide tailored careers information, advice and guidance (IAG) and one-to-one employability support for 16 to 19-year-olds living in Newport, Central, North Ormesby, Hemlington, Berwick Hills & Pallister Park, and Park End & Beckfield.

The wider programme also includes enrichment activities delivered by Youth Focus North East for young people aged 14+ in local secondary schools, helping them explore future career and education pathways. Linx Youth Project engages with young people aged 16-19 through its youth clubs and community activities, providing support and referrals into the programme.
The Junction Foundation works closely with local employers to create opportunities and progression pathways that help young people make a successful transition into work.
