Beginners Intro to IT runs on a Monday and Tuesday at our Acklam Green Centre, Stainsby Road, Middlesbrough, TS5 4JS, 10am - 3pm.

Beginners Intro to IT provides practical support by:

• Introducing learners to using a PC in a relaxed, supportive environment.

• Teaching essential digital skills, including Microsoft Word and email setup for job applications.

• Guiding learners on safe internet use and understanding security measures like two-factor authentication.

• Building confidence and reducing anxiety around technology, helping learners feel empowered and independent.
